Following their $52M investment from Updata Partners, LandTech were seeking a Chief Revenue Officer who had experience on taking a company from $10-$50M ARR with a proven fundamental understanding of both the US and European market.
Approach
We led with two research strategies here, a focus on profiles that had led significant growth journeys within international SaaS companies, and profiles slightly earlier on their career path but had been earmarked as up-and-coming. This was an international search that utilised Atara Partners networks and Hot Topics global sales communities, to ensure the successful outcome was achieved.
