After completing a merger, Cyncly were looking for a multifaceted sales operations expert to help building a scalable and predictable growth engine across a number of different units and geographies. This would mean leading a broad team to address reporting, analytics, productivity and overall sales processes.

The priority was to target candidates with exceptional analytical acumen, ideally from a consultancy background, and exposure to best-in-class SaaS operations in a state of growth. This required tapping into consultancy networks, as well as identifying the top sales operations leaders in the narrow market of Ireland, while also looking further afield.
